SoulGainz started as a personal spreadsheet problem. It became an app because the spreadsheet worked — really well.
Like a lot of people who train, the founder of SoulGainz spent years trying to eat enough protein without obsessively tracking every meal. Spreadsheets helped, but they were fragile. MyFitnessPal was tedious. Generic meal plans never matched real life.
The question was simple: what if there was an app that just showed you what to cook, told you exactly what the macros were, and generated your grocery list automatically? One Sunday of batch cooking. Seven days of stress-free eating.
"Cook once, eat all week — this phrase keeps showing up in fitness culture because it actually works. We built SoulGainz to make it effortless."
SoulGainz is a progressive web app — it installs on your home screen like a native app, but there's no App Store approval process, no mandatory updates, and it works offline. Every recipe in the library has been macro-verified. Every calorie and protein number you see is accurate.
The macro calculator takes your weight, height, age, activity level, and goal — and returns your personalised daily targets. From there, you pick recipes from the library that hit those numbers, and SoulGainz builds your grocery list automatically.
Every macro number in the app has been independently verified. No estimates, no guessing.
The fewer taps between you and a grocery list, the more likely you are to actually follow through.
You should be able to check your meal plan in the gym, in a basement, on a plane. No internet required.
Your data stays yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything you didn't consent to.
SoulGainz is not yet live. We're in the final stages of development and will be launching soon. If you join the waitlist, you'll hear first when we open — and waitlist members get early access before anyone else.
