1. Who We Are
SoulGainz is a meal prep and macro tracking application operated by SoulGainz ("we", "us", "our"). The app is accessible at soulgainz.app.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SoulGainz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the app. These terms apply to all users including free, monthly, and annual subscribers.
3. Not Medical Advice — Health Disclaimer
- No content within this application — including recipes, macro calculations, calorie targets, or nutritional data — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified health professional, registered dietitian, or physician before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, allergy, or special dietary need.
- You use the content entirely at your own risk. SoulGainz is not responsible for any health outcome resulting from your use of this app.
- Macro and calorie calculations are estimates only. Individual metabolic variation, food preparation methods, and ingredient quality affect actual nutritional outcomes.
4. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@soulgainz.app.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent subscription access controls.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- SoulGainz offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Monthly and Annual), processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- You may cancel at any time via the in-app billing portal (ME tab → Manage Account) or by emailing support@soulgainz.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
- Refund policy — 14-day money-back guarantee: All plans (Monthly and Annual) may be refunded in full within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription. To request a refund, email support@soulgainz.app from your account email address. After 14 days, fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable and no refund is issued for the unused remainder of the period, except where required by applicable law.
- Statutory rights. Nothing in this refund policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; our guarantee above is intended to meet or exceed that right.
- Service outages. If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid period, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period by contacting support@soulgainz.app.
- Chargebacks. If you raise a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute.
- Prices are displayed in EUR (€) at checkout. Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer if your account is in a different currency.
- We reserve the right to change pricing on at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date only — existing paid periods are never affected mid-term, and you may cancel before renewal at no extra charge.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry it a reasonable number of times. If it remains unsuccessful, your account reverts to the free tier and premium access is suspended until payment is resolved. Your saved data is retained.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SoulGainz for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content (recipes, data, UI) commercially without written permission.
- Share paid account credentials to allow access by non-paying users.
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent subscription access controls or paywall logic.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within this application — including source code, design, user interface, recipes, nutritional data, meal plans, batch-cooking methodology, written content, and visual assets — is the exclusive proprietary property of SoulGainz. All rights reserved in all jurisdictions worldwide.
No licence, express or implied, is granted to any party other than the authorised end user for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- SoulGainz is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve SoulGainz. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Resend for transactional emails).

- EEA users have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete their data.
- You may have additional rights under the privacy laws of your country.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SoulGainz after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The current version and effective date are noted at the top of this page. Your acceptance version is stored at account creation.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of SoulGainz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, without prejudice to your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
