Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If SoulGainz isn't right for you, email support@soulgainz.app within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no interrogation. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have where you live.

Any time, in two taps — ME tab → Manage Account, or email support@soulgainz.app. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund part-used periods outside the 14-day guarantee, and we never charge a cancellation fee.

Yes — monthly plans renew each month, annual plans each year, so your access never lapses unexpectedly. You can cancel before any renewal date. If we ever change the price, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email and the new price only applies from your next renewal — so you always have time to cancel first.

Nothing dramatic. We retry the payment a few times, and if it still doesn't go through your account simply drops back to the free tier — your data, saved plans and settings all stay exactly where they are. Update your card and your full access comes straight back.

The free plan includes one macro calculation, so you can get your personalised daily targets without paying anything. Any paid plan — monthly or annual — makes it unlimited, so you can recalculate whenever your weight, activity level or goal changes. Your saved targets stay usable either way; the limit only applies to running a new calculation.

No App Store required. SoulGainz is a Progressive Web App — visit the site, tap "Add to Home Screen", and it installs like a native app. Works offline, loads instantly, and updates itself.

Yes. Every recipe has been independently macro-verified, not estimated. The numbers you see are the numbers you get — that's a core principle of how we build the library. SoulGainz is a food and nutrition tool, though, not medical advice; if you have a health condition, talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Subscriptions are for one person — one account each, and credentials shouldn't be shared. Your meal plans, macro targets and saved recipes are all built around your own numbers, so a shared account gives both people worse results anyway.

You'd get at least 60 days' written notice by email, the app stays fully working through that whole period so you can export anything you want to keep, and every active subscriber receives a pro-rata refund for the unused part of their billing period.
